Remember when it was wrong to do certain things and call yourself a Christian? Remember when there was fear in the hearts of a believer to not cross God? Remember when we were careful of what we said, where we went, and how we appeared, not just for ourselves, but for the sake of those that do not know God? That was our focus, the sinner man, and we would go to great lengths to not do things in front of them that would be a stumbling block for them. Sure we would tell them they were wrong for sinning or being a sinner and we would tell them what was wrong with the lifestyle they are living. We would shoot straight and let them know they were on their way to hell. But we would also be careful to live right in front of them and be the example of what God requires. Those were the good old days. Now, it seems those days are fading away in our memories and this new millennium form of godliness is taking over. The age of the mega-church is fast becoming the true "age of aquarius" which is the time sorcerers and astrologers believe that Lucifer/Satan will rule the world in peace and harmony for 1000 years! You remember that song right????
The average mega-chuch pastor can't preach against sin. He can't tell folks they are going to hell if they keep living in sin. He can't tell folks that homosexuals and lesbians are not welcomed to practice that lifestyle while being apart of their fellowship. He can't tell folks to not club, party, drink, etc. He especially can't get political and speak out against abortion, gay marriage, aids, etc. And he will NEVER preach against the entertainment industry of America!! The mega-church pastor has a handful of messages that all center around one thing.........BLESSINGS! They have to remix the blessings message 52 different ways to have a sermon each week. And when they run out of ways to tell you that you are about to be blessed, they invite preachers in that specialize in robbing and stealing from God's people. These guest speakers come in and preach the same thing, but with a different flavor. Then they take all your cash and go in the back to count it and laugh!
While the church is clubbing, cussing, sexing, and living like the world, the world is still lost. What you do in front of the sinner can be a stumbling block for them and can cause them to never come to the light of God because they didn't see your light or taste your salt. The devil (and most mega-church pastor) want to keep you concerned about yourself. Their message keeps you self focused so that you will not think of anyone but yourself. Haven't you noticed the recent shift in the messages in Gospel Music? It use to be about Jesus, but now most of it is about self. EVen the gospel singers are starting to manifest themselves more and more in their music just like Lucifer did in heaven. Bait the people with the sound, but indoctrinate the people with self! What is going on?
Back in the day, Christians didn't:
1. Club - because the atmosphere, the music, and the spirits in that place are damaging to the believers walk with Christ and hurts their witness to reach others.
-Eph. 5:11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
2. Curse/swear - because the bible tells us to put aside profanity and not use it. Saints don't curse because it only leads to more unrighteousness.
-2Tim. 2:16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
3. Worldly dance - because the worlds dances were associated with the music, the lifestyle, and the mindset of the world. God gives us new dances and changes our MO when we are born again. We shouldn't wanna dance like the world if we are changed!
-1John 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world.
4. Dress sexy - because it's a sin to promote lust or purposely cause others to lust. It's not christlike to show too much of your body and desire to sexually tease folks. Come on, this is a no brainer!
-1Th. 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
5. Smoke, drink, use drugs - because a real Christian doesn't need these things. They have the Holy Ghost of God living in them. What do you need foreign substances for if you have God's Spirit in you?
-Luke 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness

6. Listen to worldly music - because listening to music that promotes the very sin you are not suppose to be doing is retarded! How will you ever grow in Christ if your desires aren't in line with his? Praying to God, but singing to satan? Come on folks.
-Rom. 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the
same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
7. Join Frats/Soros/Secret Societies - Because the bible says you can only have 1 master and never call another master. It also says to not take oaths or worship other gods. To join these organizations, you gotta do all of the above!
-Matt. 23:10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ. also Matt. 5:33
8. Charge for church services - Because Jesus destroyed the tables and ran the folks out of the temple when he saw them turning it into a den of thieves. You cannot charge to come hear God, and if what the preacher is saying we truly given by God, then it's not his, hers, or YOURS to charge for!
-Matt. 21:13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of
thieves.
9. Seek fame - because the cost of fame is compromise in our world. If you want to see your name in lights, make a name for yourself, and be famous, then you have to compromise your walk with Christ and kick the name of Jesus to the curb!

men:
10. Follow men that don't follow Christ - because who you follow is leading you and if they are lost then you will end up where they are going. The blind cannot lead the blind and if you are following a blind man, you are now blind!
-2Th. 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be
damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
Nowadays, you might see your pastor in the club recruiting members while macking the women. And if you make a christian mad, they now cuss like sailors and don't care who hears them. The gospel singers now seek fame and will get on the stage with any and everybody for the sake of sales and are not afraid of compromising anymore. Most youth days at churches now are nothing more than BET dance parties. Kids do the latest dances, and basically rehearse their sexual sins in the church now by doing worldly dances that mimic sexual positions and gestures. And, it's nothing to see a so called Christian woman dressing sexy or even a gospel singer taking off his shirt while rapping on the stage, sagging showing his underwear!! What is going on?
It should be no surprise that we have the highest aids rate, gay rate, abortion rate, jail rate, drop out rate, murder rate, death rate, poverty rate, and unemployment rate our nation has ever seen. You would think that somebody, somewhere would get concerned. But the men that crept into our pulpits unaware are helping themselves to your money, but not giving a care about your soul.
Wake up church. -
Jude 4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
